Preliminary remarks
- I don’t have any ready-made solutions. Companies are as individual as every single person, there are many differences and some similarities. An individual solution must therefore always be found to the individual problems of the company.
- Organizations can only change from within themselves. Therefore, every project requires a team within the company. The success of the project depends on this team.
- For a successful change, the goal and direction must be clear, the path is created as you go.
- As a coach, I show the possibilities and the path – the organization itself has to take it. The company sets up a team to implement the change and I accompany this team.
- The stated project costs are understood from the perspective of an owner or investor of the company and therefore include all costs that were necessary to achieve the goal. The project costs therefore include all internal costs – such as internal personnel costs for the members of the team, investments in further training, investments in changes to processes and procedures, investments in new machines and tools – and all external costs – such as consultancy fees.
- All consultancy fees are based on value-based fees. This means that consulting services are not billed on a time and material basis – i.e. according to the costs incurred by consultant days, i.e. daily rates – but according to the resulting value. This protects companies from nonsensical consultant actions that are only aimed at maximizing the number of consultant days. After all, customers want to measure the benefits of the change and not the consultant hours.
